Subject: My experience and opinion

I worked with Sandy for about 6 months - I used him for Harvard, Wharton and Stanford. I was a reapplicant and I was determined to submit the best application packet that I possibly could but I doubted that I’d be accepted. It was difficult working with Sandy, until I got used to his no-nonsense style (He is VERY TOUGH AND OPINIONATED). He refocused my essay so many times that I submitted my applications in the second round rather then the first round when I originally intended to. Regardless of how grueling my experience was Sandy knows adcom system inside out. I followed his instructions very closely and after many drafts I saw my essays improve significantly and I began to appreciate his tough love style BECAUSE I FELT LIKE IT WAS WORKING. If you want to get in to your first choice b-schools Sandy’s your man. If you want someone to hold your hand and pat you on the back go to yoga classes.

Today I got my first acceptance letter from Wharton and I am on my path to achieving my larger then life goals and dreams!

Thanks a million Sandy for making it happen,

K. ,
Sanford Kreisberg (contact info below) did a wonderful job helping me pool together my thoughts for my [Stanford] b-school application. Sanford is really a writing coach, helping you to flush out your thoughts and goals and to push your writing to the limits, BUT it is your writing (which is the way it should be). So, if you are looking for someone to write your essays and correct all your grammar, then Sanford isn't the right person. If you are looking for a coach to push YOUR WRITING to the limits on a macro level, then Sanford will do an amazing job.
Good luck! Put time into the whole process because it is really worth it.

................................................................... Sandy: Thanks so much for helping me get into Wharton. When I first started the essay process, I had no idea what I was doing. Although your comments were harsh sometimes, they were right to the point. I couldn't have done it without you!!!

...................................................................

[day one]

how the hell do i submit feedback there? or if i can just mail it to you.. here
it is.

Sandy, Hi!
I got in at Wharton. I am thrilled beyond imagination. This is amazing and your
help made it possible. I also learnt a lot about myself in the process. Thank
you! and keep up the great work.

[two years later--our clients stay in touch]

Sandy!
Thanks for your help with my Wharton app.
I am joining an Investment Management firm based in NYC post graduation. This
does make my Wharton MBA worth it and your help was instrumental in making this
real.
Keep up the good work and make things fair for people who are not good at
telling their stories.

...................................................................

Got an early Christmas present from Kellogg yesterday. They called and let me know that I was accepted to the MMM program! You have been a great help during the entire journey. Hope that your holiday season is as enjoyable as mine will be with the relief that I was accepted at one of my top choices!
Thanks again!

Hello Sandy
With all ur help, I got into Wharton today. I am very very happy and wanted to thank you again and again for all ur help.
Thanks
Sandy,
Looks like I got my official admit today! I’m off to Philly in April. Thank you!!
[even mothers like SK]

Hi Sandy,

I want to thank you for helping my son, ------. with the business school process…you gave him invaluable advice and it was worth every cent. He was accepted at Columbia (and is in his 2nd year), Tuck, waitlisted at Chicago and got a full scholarship to Stern. You were tough on him and your honest input paid off. He was rejected the first time around when he only applied to Columbia, with a 660 GMAT and you convinced to hire a tutor and get it above 700,which he did. He would have been satisfied with the 660 and reapplied if you hadn’t been adamant that he retake the test.

I have recommended your services to anyone I know applying to b.s. You probably don’t hear from many mothers.but I just wanted to say thank you . I told him I would do some research and find him the top business school consultant (he was too busy at work and probably to lazy to make the effort) and when I called you , you practically hung up on me and said if he was really serious have him call….I was irritated but impressed. So thank you.

Happy New Year

Sanford,

Spoke with admissions at Stanford this morning -- finally some good news. :)

I cant thank you enough for all your help and patience. If I can ever be a reference for you or help out in any way, please let me know. My mom sends her thanks as well! [told ya moms like sk ]

Stay in touch.

[ONE YEAR LATER ]

Sandy,

I hope this finds you well. I’ve sent a few people your way recently – I’m assuming you and the essay shack are surviving the heat and still going strong.

One year down, one year to go – the experience really has been everything I hoped for. Thanks again.

Sandy Kreisberg is worth his weight in gold. As a third time applicant to Stanford, I needed some serious help “telling my story.” Working with Sandy was EXACTLY what I needed. He’s sincere, blunt and has infinite wisdom about the admissions process. His insights and suggestions push you to focus on the subtleties that really matter. After being accepted and completing my first year, I am more thankful than ever that I turned to Sandy. It’s everything I wanted the experience to be (and more), and there’s no doubt in my mind – I wouldn’t be there without him. If going to a top school is REALLY what you want, you’d be foolish not to work with Sandy on your essays.

...................................................................

Got the good news call from Kellogg just before the holidays. This call was 5-6 weeks before the stated admission date so they must like what they read (thanks to help from you). MIT is still 8 weeks out and I do not anticipate an early call from them based on previous admission's timelines (from what I have read on the B-week forums).

I'm going to be in Boston this weekend looking around at apartments (a comfort trip for my wife so she will know where we might live in case I get in). If your calendar is open I would like to thank you personally for all of your help during the past 4-5 months. We arrive Sat afternoon and leave Tuesday around 3pm. I'm assuming that Monday will be best, but we can swign early Tuesday. We are staying in Cambridge.

Thanks again for all of your help.

...................................................................

I want to thank you for your help over the past six weeks. I know that sometimes I didn't get to the point as quickly as you want, so, thank you for bearing with me. ( hopefully, I got it by the end :)

Before I submitted my applications, I read them for the last time and I saw the huge difference that you brought to my essays. Now I feel that I've done my best, if they don't want me, that means I don't belong to those schools, since I have worked with the best. You are the best!!!

Thanks again

[and the envelope, please]

HI, Sandy,

Just got the news, I am admitted by Wharton. I am grateful for your help during the process. Going forward, if any of my friends want to seek help, you will be my first recommendation.

Thanks again.

...................................................................

There was a voicemail waiting for me when I showed up at work this morning. Derrick got an early start today. He probably has a lot of calls to make.

Again, I can't thank you enough!

[month later]
Just returned from admit weekend at Stanford. I was blown away by my future classmates and the awesome experience that lies ahead. I feel privileged to be among the bunch. So, thanks yet again and if I can be a resource in any way next year when I'm at the GSB, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail!

Also, what is your policy on referrals? I know a couple of people who will likely be gearing up for the application process this summer, including the _______ associate one year below me, _____. Do you mind if I forward them your contact info when the time comes?

...................................................................

Sandy,
Seeing how you've been there for me all along - as my cheerleader, sound board, and the guy who hits me over the head when I have a stupid epipany, I thought I'd tell you my fate. I got into Stanford and was Waitlisted at HBS. In my heart of hearts I know Stanford is best aligned with my personality and I would enjoy it more but at the same time I feel that I would gain more from the HBS experience. So I am both overjoyed and upset. Do you have any guesses as to what may happen with the HBS waitlist this year? I really do think that my interview is what screwed me up. Call me selfish, but I want to make the difficult decision! Anyway, enough. Thanks man, I couldn't have done it without you!

...................................................................

Hey Sandy, here's a blurb for the web site! One quick question - I was also accepted at chicago and have an R2 app in at Kellogg. I can't really imagine a scenario where I would end up at either (unless both H & S close up shop in the next couple months), so is there any drawback to declining offer / withdrawing
app now? A friend at my firm applied to both R2 and I was thinking it might be nice to take myself out of the game given the tiny size of our firm. . . though
my sense is they probably don't care too much if they accept more than 1 of us.

Thanks and I'll be in touch after the admit weekends!

Blurb:
Sandy helped me put together successful applications for both HBS and Stanford and while I was initially skeptical about spending the $$, I now believe it's
the smartest investment a H/S/W applicant can make. Sandy is a pro, definitely knows what he's doing, and can be harsh (but funny!). The most impressive aspect
of working with Sandy is that he is a great coach - he critiques and makes actionable suggestions in a brutally honest way, but didn’t do the work for me; the end product was a package that told my story in my voice but in a dramatically more powerful fashion than I would have put together without his help. If you really want to get accepted to H/S/W, get Sandy’s help, you won’t regret it.

...................................................................

Hey Sandy – just wanted to pass along the good news that [husband and I] were both also accepted at hbs and Stanford. Thanks again for all your help in the process. Now on to decision-making! (By the way, have you ever heard of either of those schools giving merit scholarships like the one we were offered at Wharton? Just curious.)

...................................................................

Dear Sanford,

Thanks so much for the help you provided on my essays. After getting rejected from several schools last year after using an inferior service, your guidance was integral in getting me into Wharton. I don't think I could have achieved the focus and introspection necessary without your help. Thanks for all the help.

SANDY,

I GOT INTO WHARTON!!!!! I'm SO Happy!!!! Thank you for all your advice and help!!!

But now what should I do between Haas and Wharton????

Wharton has the better brand and education, but Haas is 50% cheaper, weather, family and friends-
closer to home, and the companies I want to work for recruit there, ie. Microsoft, Intel, Cisco,
etc.

Please let me know your thoughts! Thank you again! Couldn't have pulled these 2 off w/o you!

...................................................................

IN AT WHARTON/LAUDER

THANKS THANKS THANKS to all your help!!!

Got the news from Lauder program director on my cell phone, dunno if they are doing this for all Asia admits or just for Lauder folks, but they are calling Asian applicants first.

2 more to go...

...................................................................

Sandy,

I am in at Wharton!!!!!

Finally, i am worthy of the H/S/W thread. ;-)

...................................................................

Hi Sandy,

I got in at Wharton and also at Duke and Chicago. Thanks a lot, your guidance and insight were invaluable while writing the essays.

Thanks,

sandy --
it's j----------. wanted to let you know that i received a phone call earlier today. i got into stanford!!! i am very, very excited!!!

i appreciate all of your help. thank you!

i would HIGHLY recommend you to others:

I worked with Sandy for my Stanford application. I believed that I had an interesting story yet was concerned that I would not "position" my story in the most effective way. Sandy listened to what I had to say and helped me focus on the most important points. The information that I delivered in my essay would have been the same (with or without Sandy's service); however the impact that I was able to make on the admissions committee was MUCH greater due to Sandy's guidance. With his help, I was able to deliver a completely polished essay that I submitted with 100% confidence that it was the best that I could make it.

ps. i don't know if you would want to include this but your guidance really helped me when i approached my other applications as well. i was also accepted to kellogg and am still waiting to hear from UCLA.

thanks ALOT!!!

...................................................................

just wanted to give you an update. If you asked me 2 years ago, I would have never imagined a guy from a small tech company in Silicon Valley would get waitlisted at HBS and into Wharton. I truly believed that working with you on my essays made ALL the difference in the world. You have helped
make my dreams into a reality.

Thank you once again!

...................................................................

Sandy,

I'm in at HBS! I can't believe it. Thanks so much for all your guidance and support.

All the best,

...................................................................

Sandy,

Hope that you're doing well.

I am absolutely thrilled to report that I've been offered admission to all
of my choices...H/S/W. I wouldn't have been able to do this without your
help. Although your criticism was sometimes harsh and direct, it was
invaluable. Also, the work process was very efficient. I will recommend
you to my colleagues who will be applying next year.

As far as picking the school, given my long term goal and personal
background, I am leaning towards HBS. Of course, I would love to get your
view on that.

Finally, if I do end up in Boston next year, It be great to meet you in
person at some point.

Thanks very much again,

Sandy,

Just wanted to let you know - HBS admitted me. Thanks for the help and have a good 'off' season.

[HA HA, JOEY of JOEY'S FAMOUS BLOG, NOT THE MOST EFFUSIVE THANK YOU SAYER]

[OK, HE ACTUALLY IS A CLASS GUY, AND WROTE THIS A MONTH OR SO LATER]

...................................................................

Sandy,

Before I embark on this next chapter of live, I though I'd say thanks again for the help on the HBS application. Admit weekend was a blast, and I've told the other 4 schools 'thanks, but no thanks.' The way you forced me to get to the 'whys' and 'hows' of what I do was instrumental for the HBS app and all my others as it elevated my essays from yarn spinning to golden words that got me an admit.

...................................................................

Sandy,

I got into Stanford and Wharton - pretty good for an ashram boy. Particularly with Stanford, I have to give you a lot of credit. The advice you gave me on the essays was huge. I am still in absolute shock that I was admitted to the GSB.

It's a good thing I worked with you, certainly one of my better decisions. I wish you well and am assured you will continue to be the guru of business school admissions for quite some time.

I did want to hear your thoughts on one issue. The only real advantage for myself I see at W is the strength of its alumni network in India, where true to my essay, I will do some business in the near future. How hefty of an advantage do you consider it?

...................................................................

Dear Sandy,

Just wanted to give you the update on my Wharton application we slaved over
for those few months......I GOT IN! I can safely say that your tutelage of
my essays was the key. Thank you so much for your help. Now all I have to
do is decide between Wharton and UCLA, or maybe I'll try for Harvard next
year (OK, so maybe I shouldn't push my luck). Thanks again.

Sincerely,

...................................................................

Hi Sanford,

I got into HBS and waitlisted at Stanford... so I'm heading to HBS this fall. Thanks for all your help!

I GOT IN TO STANFORD!!!

(Incidentally, I got into Yale, still waiting for Kellogg)

Sandy, I write this with some awareness that this might become a testimonial, which I think is important to know, otherwise what I say sounds too cheesy and contrived to be real. So it IS contrived, just by me, not you... funny that sounding contrived has always been my problem in this process.

Up front, I could not even remotely have done it without you! Even though HBS was my first choice, we both knew that I was less well matched with them and you even told me that up front. But during the process of applying to HBS, I learned so much about HOW to write a business school application essays in general. For Stanford, I basically read every Stanford related tidbit you posted on the Business Week forum before crafting my essays, and then wrote those essays in less than two days. I loved your frank assessments (my favorite line being “you’re so deep in the bag with this shit…”) and the fact that you continued to give me advice and services on issues beyond just HBS, even though I signed up for HBS only. If you ever want a recommendation for your service, you can have people write or call me because I truly benefited from your help!!!

Thank you so much. The service was more than worth it! I know I was probably the most annoying client so I doubly thank you.

[YOU CAN SEE HOW THIS DUDE WAS STANFORD MATERIAL ]

I didn't do anything to get off the WL other than wait patiently for an
interview request, prepare for and execute during the interview. No letters,
updates, phone calls, grovelling, etc.

Happy to write a testimonial:

"Putting together my HBS application was all about executing properly. Sandy
helped do that: distilled my message, teased out personal experiences to drive
home that message, refined my writing style into an effective one, and all in a
professional, honest, intelligent manner. His style "cuts the crap" you might
get from another essay service.

"My results: In at HBS, Wharton, Sloan. Working with SK was worth it - I
recommend him if you want results."

Look forward to keeping in touch.

Sandy, you are one unique dude. One of these days I am gonna go through my emails from you and pull out some of your gems like "BRA-FUCKING-VO," "STOP WORRYING ABOUT THE FUCKING WORD COUNT," "THIS IS HIGH-SCHOOL JERK-OFF STUFF," "DON'T SEND ME THIS AGAIN" "THIS IS CRAP" AND, THE BEST OF ALL, "GOOD AND DONE."
Below is the testimonial. DO NOT USE, PUBLISH OR OTHERWISE PUBLICIZE MY NAME (OR ANY ABBREVIATION THEREOF) IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER (spoken like a true lawyer, but seriously please don't do it).
You're the best in the business, and I mean it.

Got the good new today from my dream school, Columbia. What can I say, aside from the fact that I would never have gotten in without you.
From our first phone conversation, I knew you were the right man for the job. You consistently pushed me to do better with my essays and were brutally honest (but in a good way) when my work or ideas were headed in the wrong directly.
You often made suggestions that I at first did not quite understand, but the more we worked together the more I realized that your ideas are brilliant and you are a true genius (I mean that literally) when it comes to b-school admissions.
I was also shocked at how quickly you were able to get back to me. It was the rare occasion indeed when I needed to wait more than a few hours for a response.
Bottom line - I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend your services to anyone applying to b-school.
Thanks for everything!

Sandy,

Got the news from Columbia -IM IN!!! Cannot thank you enough for ripping apart all those essay draft i sent. I really appreciate your no BS, super blunt style. When I hired you, I was looking for someone who would evaluate my work from the Admissions Committee point of view and not just pat me on the back and gently urge me to improve. Not only were you able to help me develop the right spin for my essays, you also managed to get feedback to me by the next day.Your question list for the interview ensured that I was well prepared. Long and short -YOU KNOW HOW TO GET THE JOB DONE and are are a true example of value for money. I would recommend you to anybody applying to B school.

Thanks

Used Sandy's service and got in Wharton. The entire process was very smooth and he is very responsive. although b-school applying process is tough and directionless, but Sandy makes it pleasure and well-guided.

He dosnt simply edited your essays but makes you think hard in deep, which ultimately benefits subsequent interviews.

After finishing my essays, I knew the result would be positive - it was not a suprise. Best of all, with Sandy's help, the process is like walking in a garden.

...................................................................

Hi, Sandy,

Just wanted to wish you a great New Year and all the best! And once again thanks for getting my dumb butt into b-school.

I'm really glad I came here - I love learning all this stuff I've really wanted to look into, even though that's probably the wrong reason to want to go to business school.

I hope all is going great with you, and if for whatever reason you end coming anywhere near Chicago please let me know, I'd love to take you out for a beer or something.

Cheers, ...................................................................

"Sandy is not a mentor for the faint hearted. Sandy puts across the
most incisive questions in the most direct way which forces one to dig
really deep into oneself. And that is precisely what is needed to come
up with a kick ass essay. Personally for me, Sandy forced me to think
about my past in ways that I had never thought before. And that helped
me narrate my story very effectively.

His turnaround time is amazing (less than 48 hours...more like 12
hours). He is extremely structured. He will never say that the essay
is good just for the sake of pleasing his client. And he will never
accept a boring story from you. But that is what pushes you to slog
harder and be more introspective than ever before and redefine your
limits as to what a good essay means to you."

...................................................................

Hi Sandy,

Guess what? I got in :-), also in at Wharton too.

I think I'm going to pick Harvard and it's so nice to have CHOICES. Quick question, does Harvard do background check like Wharton does and how detailed it is? The reason is I have not informed my company of my decision leaving yet. We are doing massive lay-offs right now and since I'm 5 months from matriculation, I don't think now is a good time to be saying anything. If Harvard does then I will have to speak to HR and my boss on Monday. If they are only asking for employment dates and not revealing that they are Harvard then I think I'm OK too. Do you think I should call up all my EC contacts to let them know that Harvard maybe calling?
[SOME PEOPLE NEVER STOP ASKING FOR ADVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]

Thanks for all your help and I definitely want to buy you a drink after I get to Harvard. I can't stop smiling.

...................................................................

Hi Sandy,

I just wanted to let you know that I've been accepted at Columbia!

Thanks so much for all your help. I couldn't have done it without you.

...................................................................

Dear Sandy:
I am admitted by J-term program. I am more than happy to write you a testimony. I feel obliged to introduce you to other applicants in China. I will do free advertisement for you in all the Chinese MBA forum because my experience with other services told me you are undoubtely the best. You are the savior to us non-English speaking applicants. Just let me know how to send a testimony.

Many thanks Sandy.

...................................................................

Sandy,

I've been admitted to Columbia!
Thank you so much for your support and help.
It's my luck and pleasure to work with you.
Thank you again.

Sandy,
I just heard from Columbia. I was accepted this AM. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!
My Review:

In 2004, I applied for admission to 6 schools and I was dinged by all of them. The problem was that I had relied too heavily on a cheap and friendly admissions consultant. I was reluctant in using Sandy because I thought he was too expensive and I believed that I would get the biggest bang for the buck by working with the competition.

BOY WAS I WRONG!

This year, I got in touch with Sandy and asked him to help me do a ding analysis on my applications and to help craft my re-application to Columbia. Sandy was brutal. I realized the mistakes I had made and where I had gone wrong. His analysis was spot on with the feedback I recieved from schools such as Wharton and Chicago. Sandy got cracking on my essays and he forced me rethink and retool my entire application. I went through 14 drafts with the Sandy and I'm sure my persistence was a pain. He always got back to me within 24-48 hours. At the end, my essays answered every question that was asked and were highly readable. All my current b-school friends, who read my essays, felt the same thing. As a result, I was accepted to Columbia Business School a few days ago.

Working with Sandy is like working with a surgeon. He cuts all the fat from the essays untill all that is left is meat. That's why he is so effective and that's why he seems brutal. I accepted his feedback as constructive criticism and applied the necessary changes to my essays. To me results were what mattered and Sandy delievered those.

BTW, Sandy will not focus on the nitty gritty grammatical details. Its the broad strokes strategy that you get while working with him. Thats what truly matters.

I'm off to Columbia and I have Sandy to thank.

Sandy,

I am excited to let you know that I have been accepted at Columbia Business School! I am so grateful for your help and advice throughout this process and look forward to serving as a proud and enthusiastic supporter and reference for your services.

Thanks again,

...................................................................

Sandy,

Just got a call/email from Kellogg, I was accepted, very exciting news!

There is no doubt that I could not have done it without you.

I am taking a week off from work to work on these applications / study for the GMAT again (b4 r2 deadlines). So, all my time/all day will be focused on this (as opposed to 11pm-3am).

I will get the latest draft of the last outstanding essay from Wharton to you this afternoon.

I'd like to call you and discuss a strategy vis-a-vis throwing another hail Mary.

...................................................................

Got in. Shall be sending you interview summaries soon. The first one hadn’t gone too well, so I couldn’t get myself to write down screw-ups in detail. Second one with June Kinney (for HCM) was a blast.

Towards the end, the only thing that gave me hope was her saying..” we will see about the first interview..” after I had told her, in short, that I felt I was a little below par in the first. (She had asked how it had gone.)

Thanks a lot for your help. Much appreciated.

...................................................................

sandy, i'm in at wharton!!! despite our tiffs, i couldn't have done it
without u. thank you very much. now, i'll be focused on working on hbs
and won't send u any shit...i promise...well, atleast i'll try not
to...

happy holidays!

...................................................................

Hey Sandy,

Apologize for the delayed response (I just returned to the US after working on a project in Australia the last couple months). I was interviewed, and it went pretty well (got an "accept" email 2 days later). Feel free to send any Columbia wannabes my way ( jbrickman08@gsb.columbia.edu), and I'll certainly help in any way I can. Happy holidays and thanks again!

Jon Brickman

I am another satisfied client -- admitted to Columbia (my first choice). My background is fairly typical (white, male, i-banking experience, 700 GMAT, etc), but Sandy really helped me personalize my essays and differentiate myself from the masses. I found Sandy most helpful when writing my Why MBA/Why XYZ School essay. My plans post b-school were a big mess (which I didn't realize at the time), and Sandy really got me to focus on choosing an appropriate career path and step-by-step game plan to reach my goals. He pushed me to think about the "why"s instead of just the "what"s (and he'll see right through the b.s. reasons and call you on it!)

I'll be honest in that I found working with Sandy a bit stressful at times. When sending a draft, I usually crossed my fingers and prayed that his comments wouldn't be too harsh. He neither sugar-coats replies nor spends much time wordsmithing essays -- my writing style remained in tact, but the content and direction of my essays improved considerably. He also responded to every one of my drafts within 24 hrs.

My suggestion to perspective clients is that if you hire Sandy, do so well in advance of deadlines -- you may have to re-write entire essays and go through multiple drafts. While I was often frustrated during the process, my final essays were indeed far superior to the early drafts that I had originally thought were good. The end result is that I'm in at my first choice of schools and am very grateful to Sandy.

Hi Sandy,
I got into WHARTON!!!!!!!!

I am very thrilled and thank you so much for making my dream become a reality!

...................................................................

Sandy is a great helper to the TOP MBA applicants.
First time Sandy told me that I had 30~50% chance at Columbia, but we made it together.
I really don't think I could have achieved it without Sandy's great help.
Sandy wasn't a nice and easy person but a person who knows how to get into Top MBA programs.
I was helpless to be accepted to Columbia. It was possible only according to Sandy's way.
I would like to recommend Sandy to other people applying to MBA.

...................................................................

Hello. You may not remember me, but I worked with you a few years ago on my business school application. I wanted to thank you so much for your help but I just didn't get around to sending you a thank you e-mail. I ended up going to the Kellogg School of Management and am incredibly happy. The experience was delightful. I came across your information on another site and remembered that I had not properly thanked you. Your help was superb and it led me to my end goal of a great school. I hope you are doing well. I have attached the essay that you helped me with, just in case you have forgotten :). Thanks again.
[BETTER LATE THAN NEVER]

...................................................................

Hey Sandy,

I just found out I have been accepted at Kellogg! Thanks for your last minute guidance on that one - it paid off huge.

You are the man.
